How to create Page Variables

In this guide, we will walk through step-by-step how to setup page variables and use them in your Landing Pages.

Configure your campaign

1. Select any campaign from the Campaigns page

2. Click "Edit" on the campaign details page

3. Once on the edit page, scroll down to the Page Variables section and add as many page variables as you want. Some common ones are name, company, and email.

We will fill in the actual values for these fields when we generate a new video

4. Once the page variables have been configured on your Campaign, we need to tell our Landing Page where to pull these values in.

Navigate to your the landing page list and select he landing page for your campaign

5. On the Landing Page edit screen, put your cursor in the "Title" field and use the "@" character to pull in the page variables from your Campaign. Press save, and now we can generate a video!

6. Now that the Campaign has page variables, and we've specified where to use them on our landing page, we can test this out by generating a new video!

Go back to the campaign detail page, and select "Generate". Note: This is also possible with bulk generation!

7. On the generation page, you will now be presented with input fields to add the actual values for your page variables. Once all fields are filled in, press "Generate"

8. Once the video is done, click on the video from your Videos list under "results" and checkout your personalized landing page to go along with your personalized video!

Page Variables are a powerful feature that can go beyond just Landing Pages. You can also use page variables when integrating with your CRM or Marketing Tool with Zapier. Checkout our Zapier Guide to learn more.
